Extremely beautiful Hotel at best location

Beautiful hotel and equally caring staff members specially Front office reception who are very Caring and full of hospitality virtues. Excellent view from rooms and very tasty in house food in the hotel restaurant. I will recommend this hotel to all.

Excellent view from room with good food, service and accommodation

If you visit Darjeeling then Central gleneagles should be in the top priority while selecting hotels for the following reasons. Location is near the Mall Road, service is great, food is delicious with good quantity, view from the room is mesmerising. We loved the hotel.

Great Stay with Misty mountains

It was overall a great experience...Hotel is located very close to mall, just opposite to Mahakal Temple,facing the mountains. Breakfast was served hot and tasty. Shree and all other stuffs are very helpful and always assisting/serving guests with a smiling face. Overall the stay was very good and makes you feel like coming back.

Awesome Experience at the Central Gleneagles Hotel

I visited Darjeeling at the end of August for a short tour with my parents, my sister who came back from Poland and I who was visiting from Canada, The service staff was prompt and provided exceptional service. This was in addition to the great location the hotel is located at, with scenic views all around, and the food quality in the restaurant was awesome as well. The aesthetic of the rooms is very old school and reminded me of the old victorian times, given it's a heritage hotel. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone.

At the end of August, I took a brief trip to Darjeeling with my parents and my sister, who had returned from Poland, while I was visiting from Canada. The service staff impressed us with their prompt and exceptional service. The hotel's location was a major highlight, offering picturesque views in every direction. The restaurant served excellent food. The rooms had a charming old-school aesthetic that reminded me of the Victorian era, fitting for a heritage hotel. In summary, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Darjeeling.
